A very comfortable and relaxing stay. Close to the Taj and the Agra Fort. Wi-Fi was very strong. Loved the in-house souvenir shop. I was able to buy gifts for family and friends back home. Special mention to Amit who took keen interest in showing all the stuff and also gave a reasonable price. The pool was clean and we had a relaxing evening enjoying a nice swim. The beds were super comfortable to sleep in. Highly recommended.

Liked · A perfect hotel to stay comfortably in Agra. It is very well located, close to the Taj Mahal and has several restaurants around. The room offers everything one can expect: cleanliness, comfort, tranquility, air conditioning, TV and good internet (it worked without any problem, which I really appreciated). It is also a safe place for women traveling alone. Yogesh was very kind, was attentive to my arrival and provided me with all the necessary information to facilitate my stay in Agra.

Excellent location w.r.t visiting the Taj as well as connectivity. Clean and spotlessly maintained hotel. Breakfast spread was very good, and fresh. Avaneesh in restaurant was very polite, helped with ordering a small portion for child. Rashi / Yogesh at front desk helped with easy and breezy check-ins, and made local arrangements for travel and sightseeing.

The overall experience was exceptional and beyond what I could have imagined. Given a chance I can relate this property with a 5 star considering its ambience, services, food and considerable hospitality extended by their staff. Its definitely worth a try and once in a lifetime property to go to in Agra.

My stay at The Retreat, Agra was super enjoyable. Rashi at the front desk checked us in which hardly took a few minutes. We requested for a pool view room and that was taken care of as well. Yogesh helped us with the local sightseeing also providing us with a knowledgeable guide to take us around the city. The breakfast spread was quite decent and they even catered to our special request for cold coffee and masala chai. Special mention for their Wi-Fi. Apparently they have recently upgraded the whole system and there was not a single nook or corner where I lost connectivity. All in all an exceptional stay and I am surely coming back 🤗

Extremely helpful and courteous staff. Rashi at the front office went out of her way to help us not only with a smooth check in, but also guided us well for our city trip and cab booking. The rooms were clean and the linen was very fresh. The bathrooms were spotless. Though we did not use the pool it looked well maintained. Rahul at the pool insisted that we come for a swim. He was a nice chap. Two things that I’d like to mention..the wi-fi was working in every corner of the property. We were amazed that we could work on the hotel wi-fi during our entire stay. Secondly the breakfast spread was quite decent. Overall the stay was quite pleasant.

Room was very spacious, comfortable and had a very large and comfy bed! Lots of natural light through the large window. We had some great roomali roti wraps delivered as room service, and enjoyed being able to make teas and coffees in the room with the electric kettle. We also really enjoyed using the outdoor pool, which was a good size and had nice sunloungers. The staff were very accomodating, staying up to check us in at 4am when our night bus came in!

I had an amazing stay with my family. The location is just perfect it very very close to the Taj. The hotel has a small souvenir shop which is very reasonable and offers some unique items. The food is the best part, amazing food, great breakfast spread, the chef specially customized some food to cater to my small child. The staff is very friendly and try to make your stay as comfortable as possible giving some great sightseeing tips.
